Prior to the start of the contract, our technicians will often meet with customers to evaluate needs and recommend the most effective preventative maintenance and repair program.
Each PMI Technician holds various certifications. MSEST (Medstar Corporation Surgical Technician) is a certification through Medstar that ensures each of our technicians is experienced and qualified to provide the best service possible.
In addition, PMI repair technicians are CCSVP (Certified Central Service Vendor Partner) certified through IAHCSMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Service and Materials Management), ASQ CQI certified through the American Society of Quality, SSCS (Steam Systems Cleaning Specialist) certified through Steris and are certified in Blood Borne Pathogens and Operating Room Protocol.
